Only Allah know. The effort in my journey of preparing for the month of the Quran began, With the aim of Self-improvement to best I can. To try and improve myself helping those close and far by distance, Dear and near by the heart and love with their existence. Why is life so short? Milliseconds, seconds, minutes, hours and days. Becomes weeks, months and years. It began with intention Clarity and motivation. Forgiveness and repentance. Completing missed fasts and sustenance. Voluntary prayers and fasts Reading and seeking knowledge that lasts. Charitable acts Then making duas and facts. Sincerity through the senses Vision paramount through the eye lenses. We all have areas of improvement The zeal and will to improve is what makes a difference and movement No one needs to be a judge Being strong and solid like a chocolate fudge. Faith in the Ultimate Creator and Most Powerful. No one feeling lack of worth. For we have come from and will return to Earth. Shocks and disappointments are part of life. Gratitude and seeking Allah’s mercy we dive. It is the ability to have the internal strength. Not externally nor measured by length. But the concentration and sincerity are all what is meant. Dealing with any phase Even if the road is unclear like a maze. Use the senses and be a learner. Learn from mistakes and become a life-turner. The air is the mixture of gases. Even if oxygen is good and allows us to inhale in masses Sometimes exposure to the outside world can rotten an apple Become closer to our Lord and build strong trees like a Maple. Oxygen can even cause rusting. No matter how strong the metal is, it can be even exposed to dusting Seeking forgiveness is a continuous matter. Sincerity and no flatter This Ramadan make it count My love for Allah is continuously paramount. Trust Allah that the forward step is better than the past. Self-improvement will ever last There is hope. Hold onto the rope. Love, Peaceful like a dove. Allah did not promise our journey in this duniya would be easy. But He gave us the guidance, Quran and Sunnah, to direct and not make us dizzy. Purification is Tasfiyah. It is is needed for our sources of knowledge, beliefs and actions Alhamdulilah, Having a negative mind is what makes it harder. But when you have Allah, your mother and father What more blessing can you ask for? Countless blessings each day and even more. Commitment in self-improvement, In some instances, we may feel empty inside. Always remember Allah is by your side The key of happiness. Pray to remove the emptiness To find your purpose, your value. Work hard to be a better you. We need to let go on things that cannot alter. Break it away using a pestle and mortar A peaceful mind, Loving Allah with purity and signed. Ramadan is just around the corner A time for focus, goal and mission. A clear vision. In Surah Al-Anqabut, Verse 29, Allah states: O My servants who have believed, indeed My earth is spacious, so worship only Me. Commitment in self-improvement. Learn to communicate and to say sorry. Free your brain from worry. Do not improve yourself for anyone other than yourself. Allah is the Most Gracious, Most Merciful. Compete with yourself and believe in your abilities. Surround yourself with those that also believe in your capabilities. We need to ponder and reflect. Love to protect. In Surah Al-Zumar (The Troops) verse 10, Allah states: Say, "O My servants who have believed, fear your Lord. For those who do good in this world is good, and the earth of Allah is spacious. Indeed, the patient will be given their reward without account." Our mistakes are based on naivety, Sometimes our stupidity As each sand particle go through the sandglass. As each day pass We need to seek forgiveness and repentance, Love and maintenance, Sometimes we send a text, we don’t get a response But for every dua, tears of happiness or sadness is heard by Our Beloved creator. Brush. Polish. Clean harder For Self-improvement. Upon meeting with Allah, I pray I achieve my goal of Jannah. If Allah Wills. My love for Him in my heart fills. Surah Al-Baqarah (The Cow) 2:186: “And If My servants ask thee about Me - behold, I am near; I respond to the call of him who calls, whenever he calls unto Me: let them, then, respond unto Me, and believe in Me, so that they might follow the right way” Thank you for joining my 12 week series, I hope there is a form of benefit for all. Your sister, Hafsa
